Background

Beginning on 1996 as distributor of a variety of components for the industry, RK Componentes Industriais Ltda. directed its effort and investment for bushings, self lubricating bearings, by the vast and wide experience of the german founder in the tribology area, which studies the wearing and friction in dry sliding processes.

On 2000 it was inaugurated the self production of compose material D-GLIDE®, based on fibers and resin, impregnated with PTFE, MoS2 or Graphite, presenting a sustainable growth, by means of investments in research, experience, know-how and business management. RK acts with an advisory and individual manufacturing of bushings in several market segments like: Hydro Power, Offshore, Marine, Vertical Pumps, Valves, Mining, Siderurgy and Aluminum, Railways, Paper and Cellulose, etc.

On 2008 the company was acknowledged with ISO 9001-2000

and homologated on 2010 for ISO 9001-2008.
